An electrical fire caused severe damage to a 300,000 sq. ft. church in Alabama. The insured hired PCG through their attorney to document the damages and produce an accurate estimate for fire and smoke damage restoration, as well as an estimate to rebuild to pre-loss condition.
PCG utilized their extensive expertise in large loss fire claims, Xactimate Level 3 certification along with the Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) knowledge in this detailed assessment.
SOLUTION
The insured provided PCG’s estimate of over $2M to their insurance company and received a timely claim settlement. Settled with no further issue from either party.
