PCG worked on behalf of the Richmond Area Arts Council to successfully work out a settlement in excess of $300,000 over the initial estimate. PCG team members respond in a timely manner to phone calls and emails as they work with insurance companies on your behalf. Our attempts to work with our insurance company did not provide enough funds to cover "replacement cost."… Thanks to your representation on our behalf we received from the insurance company a reassessment of the damage and settlement for the replacement cost to repair all properties affected by the tornado. Again, thanks for working on our behalf to restore our place of worship.
Trustee, Mount Olive Baptist Church
PCG and Curtis Phillips were instrumental in our company's roof insurance settlement. Mr. Phillips was professional, courteous, and quick to respond to all our needs and requests. He personally accompanied our corporate representative to the necessary proceedings and was the intermediary between the insurance company and us, as the insured. PCG and Mr. Phillips made a difficult process as seamless and painless as possible and brought us to a quick and amicable resolution. We're thankful to have had the professional guidance and assistance provided by PCG.

One of the more challenging aspects the Board encountered when attempting to resolve our dispute over a fire loss with the insurance carrier of our condominium was documentation. The dollar value in our dispute at the beginning was nearly $3M. This grew to nearly $5M from the original estimate. In the end, we were able to restore the building and get everyone moved back into their units. This would not have occurred without the documentation we received from Justin. Stated simply, there was too much information that is unique to restoration construction, insurance law, and new code requirement interpretation for the board or our contractor to manager this well. At the present, the Board remains indebted to Mr. Willits. His competence and thoroughness made a significant difference to our restoration of the building.
